ABOUT
Frame Works Co. was established by Pierre Celerier in 2018. A qualified carpenter, Pierre spent more than a decade working on high-end residential projects as a site foreman and construction manager. That experience gave him a strong understanding of construction from planning through to completion. Today he leads a permanent team of eight skilled carpenters and works with a trusted network of specialist trades.
APPROACH
We believe good building starts with good working relationships. We take an open and collaborative approach to each project, working closely with architects, clients and trades from beginning to end. We value straightforward conversations and give each project the attention it needs. Pierre remains involved throughout construction, making sure the work is well organised, decisions are made promptly and everyone is kept informed.
SUSTAINABILITY
We believe a well-built home should last. We work with architects and clients to understand the materials and environmental goals of each project. Through careful planning, considered material use and attention to the construction process, we aim to minimise unnecessary waste and deliver homes that perform well over time. We are mindful of the impact construction can have on the environment and look for practical ways to reduce it.
CAPABILITIES
Frame Works Co. delivers high-end, architect-led residential projects across inner Melbourne, including new homes, major renovations and extensions. We work with architects and clients during the early stages through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), including buildability reviews, preliminary costing and construction sequencing. We manage the complete construction process through to handover. Our experience includes complex inner-city sites with restricted access, protected trees, heritage overlays and detailed permit requirements.
